Event Details

Life is too short for bad chocolate. Peek behind the wrapper of this luxury indulgence to learn more about the difference between good chocolate and mass-market candy.

Learn about where chocolate comes from (hint: it doesn't come from cocoa powder) and how it's made. You'll also hear stories about the wacky, sometimes crazy personalities of the people who make chocolate. Best of all, you'll get to taste a selecion of 4-6 fine chocolate samples, personally selected by me to educate and delight your taste buds.

Aaron Kafka is kindly giving us free reign of his coffee shop for this class, so feel free to come a bit early to check out the local art. The coffee bar will be open throughout the class and you're encouraged to try some of the city's best coffee and tea.
